Clients are required to submit artifact images through this or the client's custom portal.

Clients or prospective clients who submit Artifacts, payment details, or other sensitive information outside of the official secure channels are charged a File Attachment Processing (FAP) fee of a minimum of $40.00 per occurrence. The intention is to offset the administrative costs associated with manually filing the image in the client's records. See individual Contract for details.

Generally, the fee is added onto the client's next recurring Installment Payment. For prospective clients, or current clients who do not have an in-force Secured Contract, this web checkout may be used to pay the File Attachment Processing fee instead.

Paying this fee is optional for prospective clients and for unsecured clients, however it's required if they wish to have any further direct communication with Beast Industries.
